ORDINANCE NO. 14-67 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Kelley,'Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal Ordinance Noo <br />63-66 and to renact a new ordinance authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to establish the price of bagged <br />sludge from the Lakewood Sewage Plant. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public works be <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to establish the price <br />of sludge from the Lakewood Sewage Plant. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the price established by the <br />Director shall be not less than fifty-cents ($.50) and not more <br />than two dollars ($2.00) per sixty-five (65) pound bag, or not <br />less than fifteen dollars ($15o00) per ton when sold in <br />quantity lots,of not less than one ton. <br /> <br /> Section 3~ That existing Ordinance No. 63-66 be and <br />the same is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the pre- <br />amble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:_ April ]7. 1967 <br /> <br />Charles S.
