Cs~n, Caydos, Huf£m~n, <br /> Kelley, Ward, Wendlin§ <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE toamendthe Building Line Map as incorporated <br />in Chapter 35 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That th~ Building Line Map of the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio (Revised to 1963) as incorporated in Chapter 35 of <br />of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio, be and it is hereby amended in the following <br />respects: <br /> <br />The building line in the Class 2d Use Districts <br />located on Madison Avenue shall be fifty (50) <br />feet measured from the center line of Madison Avenue. <br /> <br />The building line in the Class 2d Use District <br />located on Hilliard Road between Northland Avenue <br />and Carabel Avenue on the southerly side thereof <br />and between Woodward Avenue and ~adison Avenue on <br />th~ northerly side thereof shall be forty-five (45) <br />feet measured from the center line of Hilliard Road. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby directed to <br />change the Building Line Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as <br />to reflect the amendments designated in Section 1 of this ordinance? <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and all <br />ordinances or sections thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted:~.
