Cain, Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Kelley, Usher, Ward <br /> <br /> AN EFiERGFNCY OP~it~NCE creating an additional position in <br />the Division of Police and amending (~dinance No. 49-67 adopted on <br />August 22, 1967. <br /> <br /> W~bE~EAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the nsu~l daily operation of a municipal department <br />in that in the interest of public service~ welfare and safety, it <br />is necessary to establish an additional position; now~ therefore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT O~tDAINED BY THE COONCiL OF THE CITY OF <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section !. Thc number of lieutenants in the Division <br />of Police is hereby increased to four and the number of sergea~ts <br />is hereby reduced to four. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
