Kelley, Usher, Ward, <br /> ~endling, Cs£n, ~gaydos, <br /> Huffman <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropria- <br />ticns as appropriated by Ordinance No, 5-67, adopted February 20, 1967. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br />Of the public property, health and safety and the usual daily operation <br />of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />B E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUR~IL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
