Huffman, Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling, Gaydos, Graber An ordinance to amend Section 1121.04 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood relating to the height ®f a building in the A5 H4 district. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1, That Section 1121.04 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: Section 1121.04 - H4 district In a Class H4 Height District no building shall be erected to a height in excess of 100 feet, except that in a Class H4 A5 Height District no building shall be erected to a hei§ht in excess of 150 feet; except that where floor area is reduced to not more than 15,000 square feet per story and length of main wall does not exceed 150 feet maximum, the height of the building may be increased to 250 feet above the grade of Lake Avenue. The height limitation is to include ail penthouses, chimneys, roof gardens, elevator equipment houses, stair enclosures or other prejections. In any H4 Height District any portion of the building shall not exceed one and one-half times the distance of such portion of the building from the center line of the street; nor shall the height of any portion of the building exceed the distance of such portion of the building from any dwelling house district. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
