ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />46-68 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Huffman, Kelley, Ward, <br />WendlinS, Gaydos, Graber <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE providing for the distribution <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, 1968, <br />and to establish rate charges for same. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance cQnstitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of municipal <br />departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. 'The Clerk of Council shall deliver one <br />complete code in binder, including the Charter, to the Mayor, <br />one to the Judge of the Municipal Court of Lakewood, one to <br />each member of Council, one to the 'head of each department or <br />division of the city, one to the Lakewood Public Library, one <br />to the Lakewood Board of Education, one to the Juvenile Court <br />of Cuyahoga County, and a complete code or such component parts <br />of said code to the employees in each department or division of <br />the City of Lakewood as may be necessary for the daily operation <br />of such departments or divisions of the city. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Clerk of Council shall have authority <br />to exchange copies of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio, 1968, with the municipalities extending like <br />courtesy to the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The Clerk of Council shall have authority <br />to sell the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />1968, and the Charter and Traffic Code separately, at the <br /> <br />following rates: <br /> <br /> a. Complete code, in ring binder <br /> b. Complete code, in heavy paper cover <br /> c. The Charter of the City of Lakewood <br /> d. The Traffic Code <br /> <br />$25.00 <br /> 15.00 <br /> 2.00 <br /> 3.00 <br /> <br /> Section 4. The Clerk of Council shall distribute <br />periodically the amendments and supplements to the Codified <br />Ordinances. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That this ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons set forth in the pre- <br />amble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: June 3, 1,968 <br /> <br />Robert E.
