i?LEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR COPY <br />SUPPLIED WITH DOCKET OF <br /> <br />September 3, 1968 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 68-68 <br /> <br /> Messrs. Gaydos, Graber, Kelley <br />BY: Usher, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1111.12 of the Zoning <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by chang- <br />ing and revisin~ the Zoning Map with respect to certain property <br />hereinafter described. <br /> <br /> BE iT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and it is here- <br />by amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent <br />that the property, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the northeasterly corner of <br /> Sublot 43, in the Mathews and Gilbert, High Bridge Park <br /> Subdivision No. 4, as shown by the plat recorded in <br /> Volume 30, Page 10, Cuyahoga County Record of Maps; <br /> thence southerly along the westerly line of Sloane <br /> Avenue (70 feet wide)° 120 feet to a point of curvature, <br /> thence southerly along the westerly curved line of <br /> Sloane Avenue and about 126.65 feet to a point of <br /> tangency, said curved line having a radius of 369.76 <br /> feet and achord which bears Sou~ 9° 21' 09" West a <br /> distance of 126.00 feet; thence southerly along the <br /> westerly line of said Sloane Avenue 9.10 feet to the <br /> southeasterly corner of Sublot 48° in the Mathews and <br /> Gilbert Subdivision aforesaid; thence along the arc <br /> of a curve deflecting to the right 138.23 feet to a <br /> point of tangency, said curved ]tine having a radius of <br /> 88.00 feet and achord which bears South 64° 10' West, <br /> a distance of 124.45 feet; thence northwesterly a <br /> distance of 2.00 feet to a point in the southwesterly <br /> corner of land conveyed to Lois Mintz by deed dated <br /> July 8, 1961, and recorded in Volume 10174, Page 61, <br /> of Cuyahoga County Records; thence northerly along the <br /> westerly line of land so conveyed to Lois Mintz, 10.00 <br /> feet to a point on the northerly line of the Right of <br /> Way of tke Detroit Avenue Bridge (70 feet wide); thence <br /> northwesterly along the northerly line of ~aid Right of <br /> Way 73.50 feet; thence northeasterly at 90 to the last <br /> described line to a point on the southerly line of <br /> Sublot 48, a distance of 62.59 feet; thence northwesterly <br /> along the southerly line of said Sublot 48, a distance <br /> of 27.39 feet to the southwesterly corner thereof; thence <br /> northerly along the westerly line of Sublots 48 to 43, <br /> inclusive, a distance of 205.66 feet to the northwesterly <br /> corner of Sublot 43; thence easterly along the northerly <br /> line of said Sublot 43, a distance of 210 feet to the place <br /> of beginning. <br /> <br />shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from Class <br />lb-A5-Hland 2d-A4-H3 to Class le. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to make said reclassification, change and <br />revision in the Zoning Map, which Zoning Map, with said reclass- <br />ification, change and revision made as herein provided, is hereby <br />declared to be a part of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and <br />all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: October 21, 1968 Robg~ E.
