Graber, Huffman, Kelley, <br />Usher, WMrd, C. aydos <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to appropriate property at and <br />known as being located on the east side of St. Charles Avenue, <br />approximately 139' north of its intersection with Detroit <br />Avenue, City of Lakewood~ Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, On the 6th day of January, 1969, the Council <br />of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, adopted Resolution No. 4681, <br />declaring the necessity and intention of appropriating the <br />land hereinafter described, notice of the adoption of which <br />resolution has been served on the owners, persons in possession <br />or having an interest of record in said land~ and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for tile usual daily operation of a municipal depart- <br />ment; now, therefore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the fee simple interest in and to the <br />following described real estate be and the same is hereby <br />appropriated for the purpose of construction of off-street <br />parking facilities for the City of Lakewood, Ohio. <br /> <br />Parcel No. 1: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood~ County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio~ and known as being part of Original Rockport <br />Township Section NOo 22, and bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 288 in <br />the Lakewood Realty Company's Subdivision No. 1 as shown <br />by the recorded ~tat in Volume 25 of Maps: Page 26 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records; thence along the northerly line <br />of said Sublot Number 288 and its easterly extension which <br />bears South 89°32' 00" East a distance of 113.33 feet; <br />thence South 5© 53' 48" East a distance of 27.08 feet, <br />thence North 89© 32' 00" West to a point in the easterly <br />line of St. Charles Avenue (60 feet wide) which point is <br />137.79 feet North of the northerly line of Detroit Avenue <br />originally(66 feet wide~ thence N~rth 0© 28' 00" East along <br />the easterly line of St. Charles Avenue a distance of <br /> 27.00 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or <br /> less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />Parcel No. 2: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood~ County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio~ and known as being part of Original Rockport <br />Township Section No. 22 and bounded and described as follows. <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Sublot Number 382 <br />in the Lakewood Realty Company's Subdivision No. 1 as <br />shown by the recorded plat in Volume 25 of Maps, Page 26 <br />of Cu ahoga County Records; thence along the northerly <br /> Y 9~ ' 00" <br />line of said Sublot Number 382 which bears North 8 32 <br />West, 143.97 feet to the principal place of~beginning of <br />~h~j~ ~s~df~e~e~n~r~U~o2~2~l~0~7~e~S~ <br /> <br /> <br />
