That there is hereby adopted for the <br />purpose of updating rules and regulations for the construction, <br />alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, <br />location and maintenance of one and two-family dwellings and <br />appurtenant structu:e~, including permits and penalties, that <br />certain code known as tho Regional Dwelling House Code, <br />copyright 1966, by the Regional Planning Commission of Cleve- <br />land, Ohio, <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the following terms in th~ Regional <br /> Dwelling House Code, copyright 1966, shall <br /> <br /> A. Building Official <br /> <br /> In this Code where the term "build/ng official" is <br /> used, the same shall refer to the Building Commission.. <br /> er of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> B. Board of Building Code Appeals <br /> <br /> In this Code where the term "board of building <br /> code appeals" is used, the same shall refer to the <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Lakewood. <br /> C. ~4unicipality <br /> In thi~ Code where the term "municipality" is used, <br /> the same shall refer to the City of Lakewood. <br /> D. C~ty of Lakewood <br /> ~q~e name "City of Lakewood" is hereby i'nserted in <br /> any and all blank spaces provided in the Code for <br /> the name of the Municipality adopting the Code. <br /> Words and terms used in the Code shall be construed <br /> to mean the words, terms and titles applicable to <br /> the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 3. ~at Chapter 13, Board of Building Code <br />Appeals (being sections 1513.01 to 1.513.17, inclusive) of <br />the Regional Dwelling House Code copyright 1966, is hereby <br />deleted. ' <br /> <br /> Section 4. That Ordinance Number 58-59, which <br />adopted the Regional Dwelling House Code, copyri~l~t 1953 is <br />hereby repealed. ' <br /> <br /> <br />
