<br />AN I,MI',RCkNCY ORI)INANCE creating po,,l, t ions and fixing salaries of the annual,
<br />salaried employee,.~ in the several departments and divisionn of the City of
<br />Lakewood connncncing June 29, 1969.

<br />WI~REAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the
<br />usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of
<br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation
<br />of employees; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE~4OOD, STATE OF OtllO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensation of annual,
<br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City
<br />of Lakewood shall be as follows, commencing June 29, 1969.
