That Section 1.4.9.04 of the Adlfli. rli.'3tY~.tkJ, ve <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lal:ev;ood, nov; <br />reading as follows: <br /> <br />"149.04 Overtime Compensation. <br /> <br />Full-time hourly employees shall be compensated at the rate of <br />one and one-half times regular time for work performed: <br /> <br />(a) In any consecutive twenty-four hour period in excess <br /> <br /> of the work day; <br />(b) In any week in excess of the work week; <br />(c) On Saturday or on Sunday, or <br />(d) On any holiday as hereinafter defined. <br /> <br />Overtime paid for labor performed on a compensated ho!Jday <br />shall be in addition to the regular time compensation for <br />such holiday, but holiday hours soocmpensated shall not a~ain <br />be used in any other overtime computations. When two or more <br />types of overtime are applicable to the same hours of work, <br />only one will be paid. In no case will overtime be duplicated <br />or pyramided.
