ORDINANCE 'NO . 67-69 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Gaydos, Graber, Huffman, <br /> Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend the Street Plan for <br />the Estates Area. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of municipal departments <br />and for the immediate preservation of the public safety and welfare; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the portion of the Street Plan for the <br />Estates Area which shows a proposed loop road on the northerly <br />side of Lake Avenue between Cove Avenue and Nicholson Avenue, and <br />designated on said plan as Cliff Drive, is hereby deleted and a <br />public street extending in a northerly direction from Lake Avenue, <br />at or about 12900 Lake Avenue, be substituted therefore, all as <br />shown on "Amended Exhibit A", attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> Clerk <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
