<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make appropriations for current expenses and
<br />other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal
<br />year ending December 31, 1970, and repealing Ordinance No. 1-70 entitled
<br />"AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current ex-
<br />penses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for
<br />three months January 1, 1970 to March 31, 1970, as provided for by Section
<br />5705.38 of the Revised Code" adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood,
<br />January 5, 1970.

<br />WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of
<br />the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily
<br />operation of municipal departments; now, therefore:
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:
