That Section 1111.063 of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1111.063 Group 2 - Business Classes <br /> <br /> Class 2d Uses, Retail Stores <br /> <br /> (1) Retail stores selling commodities at retail. <br /> (2) Retail shops for custom work or the making of <br /> articles to be sold at retail at only the premises <br /> on which the shop is located. <br /> (3) Restaurants. <br /> (4) Pranchised agencies for sale, service and repair of <br /> motor vehicles, including the sale of automobiles <br /> on open lots. <br /> {5) ,Skating rinks and dance halls. <br /> (6) Florists, nurseries. <br /> <br />be ~nd the same is hereby amended to read 'as follows: <br /> Section 111i.063 Group 2 - Business Classes <br /> C/ass 2d Uses, Retail Stores <br /> <br />(1) Retail stores selling commodities'at retail. <br />(2) Retail shops for custom work or the making of <br /> .articles to be sold.at retail at only the premises <br /> on which the shop is located. <br />(3) Restaurants. <br />(4) Franchised agencies for sale, service and repair of <br /> motor vehicles, including the sale of automobiles <br /> on open lots.. <br />(5) Skating rinks and dance halls. <br />(6) Florists, nurseries. <br />(7) Class IV dry cleaning establishments as defined in <br /> Ohio Reyised Code, Section 3739.10 and subject to the <br /> requirements of Ohio Revised Code, Section 3739.14 <br /> and the Rules and Regulations for Class IV Dry <br /> Cleaning Systems as promulgated by the State Fire <br /> Marshall, November, 19o~. <br />(8) Customer self-service coin operated machine laundries. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
