<br />WIII';RI~AS, the Charter Of the City of Lakewood provides that the Board of
<br />Trustees of Lakewood llospital shall employ such employees as the Board
<br />deems necessary and fix .their compensation, subject to the approval of
<br />Council, and,
<br />
<br />kqlEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Lakewood ttospital has created certain
<br />positions and fixed salaries of employees of Lakewood Hospital, and
<br />
<br />WttEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public
<br />peace, property, health or safety and to provide for the usual daily
<br />operation of a municipal department; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF Tt~ CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:

<br />Section 1. That the compensation fixed for employees of the Lakewood
<br />Hospital, as recommended by the Board of Trustees of the Lakewood Hospital
<br />on October 27, 1970 be the same is hereby approved by this Council and
<br />shall b~ fixed by the Board of Trustees within the following schedule:
