Wt{EREAS, this Council by two-thirds vote of the members elected thereto determines that this ordinance is an emergency measure wi]ich jo necessary for the iI.%mediate preservation of the public peace, pro])crty, health and safety and for the further reason that the improvements herein provided are innnediately necessary to protect the health and property of the abutting owners and the inhabitants of the City by providing sanitary sewerage service to an unsewcrcd area of tile City; HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT'ORDAINED by the City of Lakewood, Cuya~cca County, State of Ohio, two-thirds of all members elected thereto concurring: Section 1. That it is hereby determined to proceed with the improvement of an easement of the City described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuy~]oga and State of Ohio and known as being part of the Clifton Park Land and Improvement Company as recorded in Volume 29, page ll, of Cuy~zoga County Records and being also part of Clifton Park Land and .Improvement CompanyCs Allotment Number'2, as recorded in Yolume ~8, page 3' and bounded and described as follows: .
