ORDINANCE NO. 24-71 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Usher, Ward, Wendling, <br /> Gaydos, Graber, Huffman, Kelley <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE fixing the salary of the Assistant <br />Prosecutor of the City of Lakewood commencing April 5, 1971 and amend- <br />ing Ordinance No. 6-71 adopted February 15, 1971. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department in <br />that in the interest of public service, welfare and safety it is nec- <br />essary to fix the compensation of the Assistant Prosecutor, now there- <br />fore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO,: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The compensation of the Assistant Prosecutor <br />of the City of Lakewood shall be as follows effective April 5, 1971. <br /> <br />LAW DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> Assistant Prosecutor $11,500.00 <br /> Section 2.
