ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />37-71 BY: <br /> <br />Mess~s. Huffman, Kelley, Usher~ <br />Wendling, Gaydos <br /> <br /> An Ordinance to amend Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map <br />with respect to certain properties all as hereafter set forth and described. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances Of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by <br />changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property des- <br />cribed as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and State of <br />Ohio and known as being sublot Numbers 52, 51 in the Advance Real <br />Estates Company Subdivision, as shown by the recorded plat in <br />Volume 40 of Maps, Page 20 of Cuyahoga County Records, and known as <br />being part of Original Rockport Township, Section Numbers 18 and 23 <br />and together bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 52 in said sub- <br />division which point is 139.50 feet from the northerly line of Madison <br />Avenue (80 feet wide) thence westerly a distance of 130.00 feet to a <br />point, thence northerly a distance of 100.00 feet to a point, thence <br />easterly a distance, of 130.00 feet to a point, which point is the <br />northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 51 in the said subdivision which <br />is also the westerly line of Northland Avenue (60 feet wide) thence <br />~outherly along the westerly line of said street, a distance of <br />100.00 feet to the principal place of beginning, be the same more <br />or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />.shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from la-H1-A2 to le. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Preliminary development plans for the land described in <br />Section 1 hereof shall be submitted to the Lakewood City Planning Commission <br />and reviewed for compliance with any duly adopted thoroughfare or land use <br />plans, the various design standards and requirements of the Zoning Code. <br /> <br /> The preliminary development plans shall show locations of the proposed <br />buildings, heights of buildings, yards, driveways, walks, parking areas <br />and screening therefor and other site improvements, the surrounding streets, <br />present and proposed lot lines and the nearest buildings on adjoining lots. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make <br />said changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as to re- <br />flect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law and all Ordinances or parts of <br />Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br /> President <br /> <br />-? <br /> <br /> Clerk <br /> <br />Approved; <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
