ORDINANCE NO. 37-71 BY: Mess~s. Huffman, Kelley, Usher~ Wendling, Gaydos An Ordinance to amend Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain properties all as hereafter set forth and described. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances Of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property des- cribed as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and known as being sublot Numbers 52, 51 in the Advance Real Estates Company Subdivision, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 40 of Maps, Page 20 of Cuyahoga County Records, and known as being part of Original Rockport Township, Section Numbers 18 and 23 and together bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 52 in said sub- division which point is 139.50 feet from the northerly line of Madison Avenue (80 feet wide) thence westerly a distance of 130.00 feet to a point, thence northerly a distance of 100.00 feet to a point, thence easterly a distance, of 130.00 feet to a point, which point is the northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 51 in the said subdivision which is also the westerly line of Northland Avenue (60 feet wide) thence ~outherly along the westerly line of said street, a distance of 100.00 feet to the principal place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. .shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from la-H1-A2 to le. Section 2. Preliminary development plans for the land described in Section 1 hereof shall be submitted to the Lakewood City Planning Commission and reviewed for compliance with any duly adopted thoroughfare or land use plans, the various design standards and requirements of the Zoning Code. The preliminary development plans shall show locations of the proposed buildings, heights of buildings, yards, driveways, walks, parking areas and screening therefor and other site improvements, the surrounding streets, present and proposed lot lines and the nearest buildings on adjoining lots. Section 3. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make said changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as to re- flect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
