ORDINANCE NO. 53-71 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />~HENDED <br /> <br />Please substitute for co~y given <br />with Docket June 21, 1971 <br /> <br /> An Ordinance to amend, Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />~rdinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map <br />with respect co certain properties all as hereafter set forth and described. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by <br />changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described <br />as follows: ~ <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the northerly li~e of Lakewood Heights <br />Boulevard (73 feet wide) 175.09 feet east of the easterly line <br />of Warren Road (60 feet wide) thence northerly 110 feet to a <br />point, thence easterly and parallel to the northerly line of <br />Lakewood Heights Boulevard (73 feet wide) to a point, in the <br />easterly line of sublot 15 in the Lincoln. Avenue Subdivision <br />as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 65 of Maps, Page 27 <br />of the Cuyahoga County Records thence along the easterly line <br />of sublot 15 aforesaid, 110 feet to the southeasterly corner <br />thereof which is a point in the northerly line of said Lakewood <br />Reights Boulevard, thence westerly along said northerly line- <br />of Lakewood Heights Boulevard about 262.62 feet to the place of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from Use classification <br />2d to la. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make <br />said changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as to reflect <br />the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
