Gaydos, Graber, Huffman, <br /> Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations as appro- <br />priated by Ordinance No. 15-71, adopted blarch 5, 1971. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the <br />public property, health and safety and the usUal daily operation of municipal <br />departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />B E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
