ORDINANCE NO. 62-72 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. ~rockman, Graber, Magnott <br />McBride', Usher, Wendling, Werner <br /> <br /> AN ORDINAMCE to amend SectiOn 1111.12 of the Zoning <br />t~ode of the: Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by chang- <br />ing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain property'..' <br />all am hereinafter set forth and described. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY ~{E COUNCIL OF TItE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of <br />J:he Codi'fied Ordinances of the CitY of Lakewood be and it is <br />hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the <br />eXtent that the property, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of <br /> ~yahoga and State of Ohio, Section No. 21, in <br /> Original :Rockp.~rt Township, and being a part of <br /> I;%lblot No. 10 in the Thomas TaUb SUbdivisions as <br /> shown by the plat recorded on Page 8, Volume 18, <br /> c~f Cuyahoga County ReCord of Maps, bounded and <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the southeasterly corner <br /> c)f Sublet 10 aforesaid, which is the intersection <br /> of the westerly line of Coutant Avenue (60 feet " <br /> wide) and the northerly line of Madison Avenue <br /> (60 feet wide); thence westerly along the north- <br /> erly line of Madison Avenue 65 feet to the South- <br /> westerly corner of said Sublet No. 10; thenCe <br /> northerly in the westerly line of Sublet No. 10 <br /> a distance of 122.00 feet to a point; thence east- .. <br /> erly parallel with the northerly line of Madison <br /> Avenue to a point on the westerly line of Coutant <br /> Avenue about 65.09 feet; thence southerly along the <br /> westerly line of Coutant AVenue '122.00 feet to the <br /> place of beginning be the same more or less, but <br /> subject to all. legal highways, <br />shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from ~lass <br />3a-H3-A4 to Class 2d-H3-A4. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of <br />~he Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and it is <br />hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the <br />extent that the property, described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio, Section No. 21, in Original Rock- <br />port Township, and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the northerly line of <br />Madison Avenue (60 feet wide) distant westerly along <br />said northerly line of Madison Avenue, 65.00 feet <br />from the. intersection with the westerly line of <br />Coutant Avenue (60 feet wide), said place of beqin- <br />ning being also the southwesterly corner of Sublet <br />JJo. 10 in the Thomas Taub's Subdivision as shown <br />bY the plat on P~ge 8, Volume ]~, of the Cuyahoga <br />County Record of Mai)s: thence wer;tcrly along the <br />nortl~cr]y lJ~le of saJ(!
