BE IT ORDAINED BY ~{E COUNCIL OF TItE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of J:he Codi'fied Ordinances of the CitY of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the eXtent that the property, described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of ~yahoga and State of Ohio, Section No. 21, in Original :Rockp.~rt Township, and being a part of I;%lblot No. 10 in the Thomas TaUb SUbdivisions as shown by the plat recorded on Page 8, Volume 18, c~f Cuyahoga County ReCord of Maps, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the southeasterly corner c)f Sublet 10 aforesaid, which is the intersection of the westerly line of Coutant Avenue (60 feet " wide) and the northerly line of Madison Avenue (60 feet wide); thence westerly along the north- erly line of Madison Avenue 65 feet to the South- westerly corner of said Sublet No. 10; thenCe northerly in the westerly line of Sublet No. 10 a distance of 122.00 feet to a point; thence east- .. erly parallel with the northerly line of Madison Avenue to a point on the westerly line of Coutant Avenue about 65.09 feet; thence southerly along the westerly line of Coutant AVenue '122.00 feet to the place of beginning be the same more or less, but subject to all. legal highways, shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from ~lass 3a-H3-A4 to Class 2d-H3-A4. Section 2. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of ~he Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property, described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, Section No. 21, in Original Rock- port Township, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northerly line of Madison Avenue (60 feet wide) distant westerly along said northerly line of Madison Avenue, 65.00 feet from the. intersection with the westerly line of Coutant Avenue (60 feet wide), said place of beqin- ning being also the southwesterly corner of Sublet JJo. 10 in the Thomas Taub's Subdivision as shown bY the plat on P~ge 8, Volume ]~, of the Cuyahoga County Record of Mai)s: thence wer;tcrly along the nortl~cr]y lJ~le of saJ(!
