ORDIL~.~CE ~0. 77-72 BY: Messrs· Brockman,' Graber, Magnotto, McBride, Usher, Wendling, Werner AN ~-MERGENCY ORDINANCE to appropriate property a: and known as being 1378 Belle Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio. ~'I~EP~S, on the 20th day of November, 1972, the .Council of the City of Lakewood, Ohio adopted Resolution No. 4909 declaring the necessity and intention of appropr{ating the land hereinafter described, nocice of :he adoption of which resoLu=i~ has been served on ~he ~ers, persons in possession or having an interest of record in said land, and ~S, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual daily opera:ion of a ~nicipal department, now, therefore, BE IT O~AINED BY T~ ~b~CIL OF T~ CI~ OF ~OOD, STA~ OF OHIO: Section 1. That the fee simple interest in and to the following described real estate be and the same is hereby appropriated for the purpose of construction of a multi-level municipal parking garage facility and/or for the purpose of making a road which shall be open to the public, without charge, for the City of Lakewood, Ohio.
