<br />AN Eb~RGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current expenses and
<br />other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months,
<br />January 1, 1973 to March 31, 1973, as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the Revised
<br />Code.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, an ~mergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property,
<br />health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal depart-
<br />ments; now, therefore:
