<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating pQsitions and fixing salaries of the annuaI,
<br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of
<br />Lakewood commencing January 21, 1973.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the
<br />usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of
<br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation
<br />of employees; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensation'of annual,
<br />Salaried employees in the several departments and divisions'of the City
<br />of Lakewood shall be as follows, commencing January 21, 1973.
