<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make appropriations for current expenscs and
<br />other expend~itures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal
<br />year ending December 31, 1973, and' repealing Ordinance No. 1-73 entitled
<br />"AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current
<br />expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio,
<br />for three months January 1, 1973 to March 31, 1973, as provided for by
<br />Section 5705.38 of the Reviaed Code" adopted by the Cou. ncil of the City
<br />· ~f Lakewood, January 2, 1973.

<br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation
<br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual
<br />daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore:
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:
