ORDINANCE NO. 51-73 BY: Messrs. Werner, Brodkman, Graber, Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra, Usher AN Eb~RGENCy ORDINANCE to amend existing paragraph (a) of Section 137.10 of the AdministratJvu Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood relating to Fire Department record service charges. WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure provid{ng for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That existing paragraph (a) of Section 137.10 of the Administratf Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood presently reading as follows: "137.10 Fire Department Record Service Charges. (a) The Director of Public ~afety, through the record department of the Division of Fire'is hereby authorized to make and collect the hereinafter provided charges for the following service: (1) (2) for copy of fire reports ................. $1.00 per side or any portion thereof. photographs .... ~ ......................... $2.00 for each photograph" be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 137.10 Fire Department Record Service Charges. (a) The Director of Public Safety, through the record department of the Division of Fire is hereby authorized to make and collect the hereinafter provided charges for the following service: (1) for copy of fire reports ................. $1.50 per side or any portion thereof. (2) photographs .............................. $5.00 for each photograph Section 2.
