ORDINANCE NO. 74-73 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra <br /> Usher, Werner, Brockman, Graber <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE providing for the distribution of <br />the new Zoning Code of the City of Lakewood, adopted July 2, 1973, <br />and to establish the rate charge for same. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />OF OHIO: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Clerk of Council shall have the authority to <br />sell the new Zoning Code of the City of Lakewood, adopted July 2, 1973, <br />at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) for each copy of said Zoning Code. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be .an <br />emergency measure for the ~easons set forth in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Coun.cil, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor~! <br /> <br /> C~rk <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
