ORDINANCE NO. 78-73 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Graber, Magnotto, McBride, <br />Sinagra, Usher, Werner, Brockman <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorzzing the transfer of certain appropriations <br />as appropriated by Ordinance No. 39-73, adopted March 19, 1973. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of <br />the public property, health and safety and the usual daily operation of <br />municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />to make the following transfers of appropriations as appropriated by <br />Ordinance~No. 39-73, adopted March 19, 1973. <br /> <br />TRANSFER FROM GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS: <br /> <br />0190700 Law $1,250 <br />0191300 Court 5,000 <br />0192000 Police 15,000 <br />0193500 Health 2,000 <br />0193800 Office on Aging 2,500 <br />0194400 Refuse 5,000 <br />0196100 Swimming Pools 5~000 <br /> 35,750 <br /> <br />TO GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS: <br /> <br />0195200 Street Lighting 35,750 <br /> <br />Section 2.
