<br />AN EMERCENC'~ ORDINANCE creating positilns and fixing salaries of the annual,
<br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of
<br />Lakewood commencing Marhh 3, 1974.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the
<br />usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of
<br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix tire compensation
<br />of employees; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STA'I'E OF OttlO'
<br />
<br />Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensatio~ of annual,
<br />salaried employees in the several departme~ts and divisions of tire City
<br />of Lakewood shall be as follows, commencing March 3, 1974.
