That Paragraph (j) of Section 1119.02 of the Zoning Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows: <br /> <br /> 1119.02 PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES <br /> <br />In a B2 District, no building or premises shall be used or established <br />which is designed, arranged or intended for other than the following: <br /> <br />(j) Any other use approved by thc Board of Zoning Appeals as being <br /> in keeping with the uses specified in this section. <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1119.02 PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES <br /> <br />In a B2 D~strict, no building or premises shall be used or established <br />which is designed, arranged or intended for other than the following: <br /> <br />(j) Any other building, retail use or service, which the Board of <br /> Zoning Appeals finds to be similar to the uses or services <br /> listed in this section in type of goods or services sold, in <br /> business bouts, in the number of persons or cars attracted <br /> to the premises, in the number of persons employed and in the <br /> effects upon adjacent areas. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
