ORDINANCE NOG 82-74 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Chinnock, Graber, Magnotto, <br />McBride, Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br />AN EbiERGENCY ORDINANCF. approving the compensation of employees of Lakewood <br />~Hospital, establishing other benefits for certain employees and students as <br />fixed by the Board of Trustees, and repealing Ordinance No. 39-74, adopted <br />April 6, 1974, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent' <br />h erewi th. <br /> <br />WtiEREAS, the Charter of tile City of Lakewood provides that the Board of Trustees <br />of Lakewood Hospital shall employ such employees as the Board deems necessary <br />and fix their compensation, subject to the approval of Council, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Lakcwood Hospital has created certain positions <br />and fixed salaries of employees of Lakewood Hospital, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the i~unediate preservation of the public peace, <br />property, health or safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of a <br />municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OttlO: <br /> <br />Section 1..
