McBride, Sinagra, Usher, <br />Brockman, Chinnock, Graber, <br />Magnotto <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations <br />as appropriated by Ordinance No. 19-74, adopted March 18, 1974. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of <br />the public property, health and safety and the usual daily operation of <br />municipal departments;'now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
