That where parking is provided by Lakewood llospital for its <br />employees and staff members, the rates for such parking shall be determi~ed by <br />accounting procedures adopted by Blue Cross of Northeast Ohio and Medicare based <br />upon construction costs, annual depreciation and operating expenses. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
