ORDINANCE NO. 58-75 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Sinagra, Usher, Brockman, <br /> Chinnock, Graber, Magnotto, McBride <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE establishing rates of admission to the new <br />Winterhurst Ice Rink located at 14740 Lakewood Heights Boulevard, Lakewood, <br />Ohio, and repealing other ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the new Winterhurst Ice Rink located at 14740 Lakewood <br />Heights Boulevard, Lakewood, Ohio will be completed in the very near future <br />and open to the public for recreational purposes, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish rates of admission at the <br />earliest.possible time in order to commence the sale of.season tickets and <br />other special programs, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the rates for admission to the new Winterhurst Ice <br />Rink located at 14740 Lakewood Heights Boulevard, Lakewood, Ohio be and the <br />same are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br />A.
