ORDINANCE NO. 30- 76 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 719.10 of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of Lakewood to provide for appeals from the denial of mn application for, or <br />revocation of, a permit for a coin operated amusement device to the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals. ' <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF~THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 719.10 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood now reading as follows: <br /> <br />"719.10 APPEAL. In the event the application for a permit is not <br />approved or in the event any permit issued under this Chapter is <br />revoked, the applicant shall be notified of such refusal or revocation <br />in writing and such notice shall be mailed or delivered to the applicant <br />at the address of the applicant, as set forth in the application for <br />a permit. The applicant shall have ten (lO) days after receipt of such <br />notice within which to appeal such refusal or revocation. Such appeal <br />shall be perfected by filing a written notice of appeal with the Mayor. <br />Thereupon, the applicant shall hive not less than ten (10) days notice <br />of the date and place of the hearing. The apPeal shall be heard by a <br />board composed of the members of Council, which board shall have the <br />power after such hearing to confirm the refusal or revocation or order <br />the permit to be issued." <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"719.10 APPEAL.
