ORDINANCE NO. 72-76 BY: Messrs. Chinnock, McBride,Salmon Sinagra, Usher, Brockman AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 19-76 adopted March 15, 1976. WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 19-76 adopted March 15, 1976.
