ORDINANG1.; NC). 2-77 P SE SUBSTITUTE FOR COPY OF ORDINANCE SUPPLIED WITH YOUR DOCKET OF JANUARY 3, 1977 Messrs. Brockman, Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra, Usher Chinnock, Salmon, AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE approving the compensation of employees of Lakewood Hospital, establishing other benefits for certain employees and students as fixed by the Board of Trustees, and repealing Ordinance No. 3-76 adopted January 19, 1976, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Lakewood provides that the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital shall employ such employees as the Board deems necessary and fix their compensation, subject to the approval of Council, and, WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of I_,akewood Itospital has created cer- tain positions and fixed salaries of employees of Lakewood ttospital, and WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health or safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of a manicipal department: now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TttE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: ~q..on 1.
