Usher, Brockman, Ch~nnock, Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, Sinagra AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain properties, all as hereinafter set forth and described: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: Parcel No. 1 Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cnyahoga and State of Ohio a part of ORIGINAL ROCKPORT TOWNSHIP SECTION NO. 23 being all of sublots 143, 144 and 145 in TIlE MATHEWS AND GILBERT HIGH BRIDGE PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 4 as sh0~ by the plat recorded in VOLUME 30, page 10, Cuyahoga County Record of Maps. Parcel No. 2 Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, a part of ORIGINAL ROCKPORT TOWNSHIP SECTION NO. 23 being a part of Sublots 94 through 98 inclusive in THE MATHEWS AND GILBERT HIGH BRIDGE SUBDIVISION NO. 4, as shown by the plat recorded in VOLUME 30, Page 10 cuyahoga County Record of Maps and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the easterly line of S1oane Avenue (70 feet wide) at the northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 94;thence easterly along the northerly line of Sublots 94 and 95 a distance of 94.98 feet to an angle point in the northerly line of Sublot 96; thence easterly along the northerly line of Sublots 96, 97 and 98 to the westerly line of Mathews Avenue (50 feet wide) a distance of~ 132.82 feet; thence southwesterly along the westerly Iine of Mathews Avenue 54.69 feet to a curved turnout deflecting to the right, said curved line having an arc of 27.28 feet and a radius of~ 20 feet; thence northwesterly along the northerly line of Bridge Approach 27.36 feet to the soutllwesterly corner of ~Sublot 98 aforesaid, thence~northwesterly along the northerly line of Brfdge Approach 40.38 feet to the soutl~wester]y corner of Snblot 97; . thence northwesterly along the northerly line of Bridge Approach 40.70 feet to the southwesterly corner of Sublot 96; thence northwesterl~ along the northerly line of Bridge Approach A1.18 feet to tRe southwesterly corner of Sublst 95; thence northwesterly along the northerly line of Bridge Approach about 2.20 feet to a curved line deflecting to the rightl, said curved line having an arc of 54.77 feet and a radius of 4 .50 feet,-thence northerly along the easterly line of Sloance to the north easterly corner of~ Sublot 94 and the place of beginning Shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use Classification Mi (Multiple~fami'ly) to B2 (retail district). Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance.
