<br />AN F~ERGENCY ORDINANC1~- creating positions and fixing salaries of tl~e annual,
<br />salaried e,nployees in the several departments aud divisions of the City of
<br />Lakewood effective'March 1, 1977.

<br />WtlEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the
<br />usual daily operation of a munLcipal department in that in the interest of
<br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation
<br />of employees; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF %lIE CI'Pf OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OlllO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensation of annual,
<br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of
<br />Lakewood shall be as follows, effective March 1, 1977.
