ORDINANCE NO. 17-77 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, <br /> Magnotto, Salmon, Usher <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creafing positions and fixing the compensation of <br />hourly employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of <br />Lakewood effective March 1, 1977. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of <br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation <br />of employees; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
