ORDINANCE NO. 29-77 BY: Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, Magnott · McBride, Salmon, Sinagra, Usher AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain properties, ~all as hereinafter set. forth and described: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section' 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: Parcel No. 1 Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio a part of ORIGINAL ROCKPORT TOWNSttIP SECTION NO. 23 being all of sublot 147 in THE MATHEWS AND GILBERT HIGH BRIDGE PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 4 as shown by the plat recorded in VOLUME 30, page 10, Cuyahoga County Record of Maps. Parcel No. 2 Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, a part of ORIGINAL ROCKPORT TOWNSHIP SECTION NO, 23 being all of Sublots 92, 93, 99, 100 and south 20 feet of sublot 101 inclusive in THE MATHEWS AND GILBERTS HIGH BRIDGE SUBDIVISION NO. 4, as shown by the plat recorded in VOLUME 30, Page 10, Cuyahoga Coun.ty Record of Maps. shall be and the same are hereby reclassified and changed from use Classification M1 (Multiple Family) to B2 (Retail District). ' Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby author%zed and directed to make changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the~amend- ment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. Section 3.
