ORDII~A~ICE NO. 4-78 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. rlagnotto, McBride, <br />Sali'non, BroN,m, Usher, <br />Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br /> Ail Er.1ERCE~ICY ORDIIIANCE approving the compensal:ion of employees of <br />Lakewood llost)ital, establishing other benefits for certain employees and <br />students as fixed by the Board of Trustees, and repealing Ordinance No. 2-77 <br />adopted January 24, 1977 and. all other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br /> ¥IItEREAS, the Charter of the City of Lakewood provides that the Board <br />of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital shall employ s[ich employees as the Board <br />deems necessary and fix their compensation, subject to the approval of Council, and <br /> <br />~ItEREAs, the Board of Trustees of Lakewood llospital has created certain <br />positions and fixed salaries of employees of Lakewood Hospital, and <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, an enlergency exists for the immediate preservation of tile public <br />peace, property, health or safety and to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department; now, there'Fore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
