ORDINANCE NO. 115-78 BY: <br /> <br />Wendling, Brockman, Brown, Chinnock, <br />Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, <br /> <br />AN EHERGENCY ORDINANCE to make additional appropriations for expenditures of <br />the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, <br />1978. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the <br />public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation <br />of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That there be appropriated from the General Fund: <br /> <br />0199000 Transfers 392,250 <br /> <br />Section 2. That there be appropriated from the <br /> State Highway Fund <br /> <br />35,000 <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />That there be appropriated from the <br />Street Construction, Maintenance and <br />Repair Fund <br /> <br />340,000 <br /> <br />Section 4. That there be appropriated from the Water Fund <br /> <br />140,000 <br /> <br />Section 5. That there be appropriated from the Water <br /> Replacement Utility Fund <br /> <br />500 <br /> <br />Section 6. <br /> <br />That there be appropriated from the Parking <br />Facilities Fund <br /> <br />415,000 <br /> <br />Section 7. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Winterhurst Fund <br /> <br />240,000 <br /> <br />Section 8. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Hospital General Fund <br /> <br />245,000 <br /> <br />Section 9. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Community Development Block Grant Fund <br /> <br />600 O00 <br /> <br />Section lO. That there' be appropriated from the Office <br /> on Aging Title VII <br /> <br />30,000 <br /> <br />Section 11. That there be appropriated from the Office <br /> on Aging Title III <br /> <br />llO,O00 <br /> <br />Section 12. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to <br />draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this <br />ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head of the <br />department for which the indebtedness is incurred, providing the President of <br />Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 13. That this ordinance's hereby declared to be an enlergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to ~t~e City Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the MayoFF~/ <br /> <br />Adopted/~c~',-~' <Pz /'* 7J ....
