OHIO: Section 1. That Paragraph (b) (i)2 of SectiOn 149.08 of the Administrative Cede of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows: Section 149.08 VACATIONS (b) (1) Vacation tine for mc]~bers of the Division of Police and Fire shall t~ earned in one calendar year and h~en h~ a s~se- (B~ent calend~ ye~ ~d sl~all ~ prorahed in ac~-d~ce wi~ ~e t~le set for~ ~ s~section (a) (ii) provide, h~ever: M¢~rs of the Division of Police w}~o have eiqht (8) years of service by J~]e 1 of any given year shall ~ entit](x] to three (3) w~ks vacatJ.on in that year a~] each sncce~i, ng year through ~]e ~irte~ (13~]) ye~ of ~n}}]o~]lent, provide] further that all f~].].-tin~ [~nnent n~]~rs of said division who have co~_~leted fo~t~n (]4) ye~s of se~ice by June 1 of any given y~ shall tm entit].~] Lo fo~ (4) ~eks vacation in ~at ye,~ ~d each succe~]ing year t}~ough the nineteenS] (19~J~) year of e~l~nt, provid~ furtl~er that ali. ful].-tin~ ~n~anou]t n~mg~rs of said division who have c~let~] twenty (20) years of se]~ice Ioy June 1 of ~]y given year shall [~ entitle] to four (4) w{~.~ks plus tx~o (2) days vacation in ~]at ye~ ~d all s~s~ent ye~s of ~l~nt. be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 149.08 VACATIONS (b) (i) Vacation tinm for men~oers of fH]e Division of Police and Fire shall be earned in one calendar year ~d taken in a subse- quent calendar year and shall }~ prorated in accorded]ce with the table set forth in subsection (a) (ii) provided, however: Me~ers of the Division of Police who have cc~oleted one (1) year of service and not more th~ seven (7) years of service by June ] of any given year shall be entit]_~] to two (2) weeks vacation.
