In addition to the rates set forth in Section 1 Section 2 of this ordinance, the following charges and discounts shall be ap- plicable: (a) Guard service shall l)e r(,xtuircd on weekend rentals amd in addition to the rates set forth in Section 1 and Section 2, hereof, a charge shall be n~ade on weekenc~s to cover guard services at an hourly rate paid to such guards. (b) A discount of l(Y/o shall be given to may orgmaization holding nine or more meetings in any one calendar year. (c) I~tes for the Mu]ti-Purpose Senior Center rmy be offset by volunteer hours on a one hour to one dollar ($1.00) ratio. Section 4. The rental of the auditori~n and other facilities in the n~lnicipal departn~mts m~d ac~ninistrati()n bui.]ding and the faci].ities of the Multi-Purpose Senior Center shat1 be subject to the fo]lowing rules: (1) Use of said pr(~u:iscs shall be limitext t:o organizations whose membership consists of more than 5070 Lakewood residents. (2) In cruse proniscs, or any part thera)f, sha].l be destroyed by 'fire or darnagcxt by fire or m~y o[her cause or i.f any casualty or unforeseen occurrence shall render the ful. fil la~,~t of the rental a~9'c(~n~,nt I)y Cit, y in~sait)le, the City shall not in ~y cm~'e be he]d ]iable or responsible to rentor for =y d~e ~ by ~ch faille to have premises available.
