BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Sect:ion ]103.02 of tile Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of l.akewood be and tile same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of the "Geo. M. Collins" Sub- division as recorded in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 32 of Cuyahoga County Records, 134.67 feet Northerly from the Northerly line of West Ha(lison Avenue, thence Westerly 164 feet to the East line of Ridgewood Avenue, 60 feet tn width, at a point 132.68 feet Nort. her]y from the Northerly lfne of West Madison Avenue; thence Nort:herly 60 feet along the said East line of said Rtdgewr~od Avenue; thence Easterly 144 feet; thence SouLherly ~0 feet along the said "Geo. M. Collins" Subdivision to. the place of beginning, shall be and tile same is hc'rel)y reclassified and changed from use classification R3 (Two-Family) to use classification BR (Business Residential). Section 2. Ihe Planning Director is hereby authorized and directe~ to make the reclassification change in the Zen'Jag Map of the City of Lakcwood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. Adopted: Section 3.
