ORDINANCE NO. 23-79 BY: McBride, Salmon, Wendling, Brockman, Brown, Chinnock AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain property, as hereinafter set forth and described. OHIO: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as ~eing a part of original Rockport Township Section 21, bounded and described as follows: Starting at a point marking the intersection of the northerly line of Detroit Avenue, 66 feet wide, with the westerly line of Fry Avenue, 40 feet wide, as shown and dedicated in Volume 46 of Maps, page 27 of Cuyahoga County Records, thence north along the westerly line of said Fry Avenue, a distance of 96.40 feet to a point on said westerly line, which is marked by a drill hole and vee, which point is the principal place of beginning of the premises herein conveyed, thence west from said place of beginning at right angles to Fry Avenue, a distance of 47.05 feet to an iron pin in the easterly line of land con- veyed to John Hudlett by deed dated February 16, 1921 and recorded in Volume 2491, page 215 of Cuyahoga County Records, thence north along the easterly line of land so-conveyed to John Hudlett, as foresaid, a distance of 108.60 feet to an iron pin, thence east a distance of 47.05 feet along the southerly line of land conveyed to Martha F. Rymer, by deed dated June 13, 1912, and recorded in Volume 1392, page 587 of Cuyahoga County Records, to a point at the intersection of said northerly line of land so conveyed, to Martha F. Rymer as aforesaid with the westerly line of Fry Avenue, thence south along the westerly line of Fry Avenue, a distance of 108.61 feet to the principal place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. be the same and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification M2 (multiple family) to use classification BR (business residential). Section 2. The Planning Director is hereby authorized and directed to make the reclassification change in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section ~t of this ordinance. Adopted: Section 3.
