ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />23-79 <br /> <br />BY: McBride, Salmon, Wendling, <br /> Brockman, Brown, Chinnock <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising <br />the Zoning Map with respect to certain property, as hereinafter set <br />forth and described. <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is <br />hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent <br />that the property described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as ~eing a part of original <br />Rockport Township Section 21, bounded and described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Starting at a point marking the intersection of the <br />northerly line of Detroit Avenue, 66 feet wide, with the <br />westerly line of Fry Avenue, 40 feet wide, as shown and <br />dedicated in Volume 46 of Maps, page 27 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records, thence north along the westerly line of <br />said Fry Avenue, a distance of 96.40 feet to a point on <br />said westerly line, which is marked by a drill hole and vee, <br />which point is the principal place of beginning of the <br />premises herein conveyed, thence west from said place of <br />beginning at right angles to Fry Avenue, a distance of <br />47.05 feet to an iron pin in the easterly line of land con- <br />veyed to John Hudlett by deed dated February 16, 1921 and <br />recorded in Volume 2491, page 215 of Cuyahoga County Records, <br />thence north along the easterly line of land so-conveyed <br />to John Hudlett, as foresaid, a distance of 108.60 feet <br />to an iron pin, thence east a distance of 47.05 feet along <br />the southerly line of land conveyed to Martha F. Rymer, by <br />deed dated June 13, 1912, and recorded in Volume 1392, <br />page 587 of Cuyahoga County Records, to a point at the <br />intersection of said northerly line of land so conveyed, to <br />Martha F. Rymer as aforesaid with the westerly line of Fry <br />Avenue, thence south along the westerly line of Fry Avenue, a <br />distance of 108.61 feet to the principal place of beginning, <br />be the same more or less, but subject to all legal <br />highways. <br /> <br />be the same and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use <br />classification M2 (multiple family) to use classification BR (business <br />residential). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Planning Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make the reclassification change in the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amendment designated in <br />Section ~t of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br /> Section 3.
