ORDINANCE NO. 43-79 <br /> <br />'BY: Salmon, Wendlinq, Brown, <br /> Chinnock, McNally <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning <br />Map with respect to certain property, as hereinafter-set forth and'described. <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by <br />changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of CuYahoga and State <br />of Ohio and known as being a part of Original Rockport Town- <br />ship Section 23 and known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 29 and 30, <br />Volume 311, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records bound and <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Sloane Avenue 70 <br />feet wide and Phelps Street, 45 feet wide; thence easterly <br />along the southerly line of Sloane Avenue a distance of <br />about 15.44 feet to the principal place of beginning; thence <br />easterly along the southerly line of said street a distance <br />of about 104.56 feet to a point; thence southerly a distance <br />of about 80 feet to a point; thence westerly a distance of <br />about 20 feet to a point; thence southerly a distance of <br />about 112.43 feet to a point; thence westerly a distance <br />of about 110 feet to a point which point is the easterly <br />line of Phelps Street, 45 feet wide; thence northerly along <br />the easterly line of said street a distance of about 178.17 <br />feet to a point, which is the point of tangent, having an <br />arc of about 25.02 feet and a radius of about 16.88 feet <br />to the principal place of beginning, be the same more of <br />less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />be the same and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification <br />M1 (multiple family) to use classification B1 Office. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Planning Director is n~r~by ~uthorized and directed <br />to make the reclassification change in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio, so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
