ORDINANCE NO. 43-79 'BY: Salmon, Wendlinq, Brown, Chinnock, McNally AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain property, as hereinafter-set forth and'described. OHIO: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of CuYahoga and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Original Rockport Town- ship Section 23 and known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 29 and 30, Volume 311, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records bound and described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Sloane Avenue 70 feet wide and Phelps Street, 45 feet wide; thence easterly along the southerly line of Sloane Avenue a distance of about 15.44 feet to the principal place of beginning; thence easterly along the southerly line of said street a distance of about 104.56 feet to a point; thence southerly a distance of about 80 feet to a point; thence westerly a distance of about 20 feet to a point; thence southerly a distance of about 112.43 feet to a point; thence westerly a distance of about 110 feet to a point which point is the easterly line of Phelps Street, 45 feet wide; thence northerly along the easterly line of said street a distance of about 178.17 feet to a point, which is the point of tangent, having an arc of about 25.02 feet and a radius of about 16.88 feet to the principal place of beginning, be the same more of less, but subject to all legal highways. be the same and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification M1 (multiple family) to use classification B1 Office. Section 2. The Planning Director is n~r~by ~uthorized and directed to make the reclassification change in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and all ordinances or parts of ordinances i,nconsistent herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed.
