Please substitute for <br />ordinance 44-79 placed on <br />let reading on April 16 and <br />on 2nd reading on May 7. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 44-79 <br /> <br />BY: McNally, Salmon, Wendling, <br /> Brockman, Brown,Chinnock,McBridE <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by <br />changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain <br />property, as hereinafter set forth-and described. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE- <br />WOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the <br />same is hereby amended by changing~ and revising the Zoning <br />Map to the extent that the property described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of'Ohio and known as being <br />a part of Original Rockport Township Section <br />23, bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwesterly corner of permanent <br />parcel No. 32 of Book 311 Page 27 on the westerly <br />side of Edwards Avenue, thence northerly along <br />the westerly property lines of permanent parcel <br />Nos. 32, 33 and 34, Book 311, Page 27 a distance of <br />about 150 feet to a point which is the northwesterly <br />corner of permanent parcel No. 34, book 311, page <br />27, thence westerly along the southerly line of <br />permanent parcel No. 35, Book 311, Page 27 a distance <br />of 115.26 feet to a point on the easterly property <br />line of permanent parcel No. 73, Book 311, Page 27; <br />thence southerly along the easterly property line of <br />permanent parcel Nos. 73, 74, 75 and 76, Book 311, <br />Page 27 a distance of about 140 feet to the south- <br />easterly corner of permanent parcel No. 76; thence <br />easterly to the southwesterly corner of permanent <br />parcel No. 32; to the place of beginning, be the same <br />more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use <br />classification M1 (multiple family) to use classification BR <br />(business residential). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Planning Director is hereby authorized <br />and directed to make the reclassification change in the Zoning <br />Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amend- <br />ment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
