ORDINANCE NO. 44-79 BY: McNally, Salmon, Wendling, Brockman, Brown,Chinnock,McBridE AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain property, as hereinafter set forth-and described. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE- WOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing~ and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of'Ohio and known as being a part of Original Rockport Township Section 23, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of permanent parcel No. 32 of Book 311 Page 27 on the westerly side of Edwards Avenue, thence northerly along the westerly property lines of permanent parcel Nos. 32, 33 and 34, Book 311, Page 27 a distance of about 150 feet to a point which is the northwesterly corner of permanent parcel No. 34, book 311, page 27, thence westerly along the southerly line of permanent parcel No. 35, Book 311, Page 27 a distance of 115.26 feet to a point on the easterly property line of permanent parcel No. 73, Book 311, Page 27; thence southerly along the easterly property line of permanent parcel Nos. 73, 74, 75 and 76, Book 311, Page 27 a distance of about 140 feet to the south- easterly corner of permanent parcel No. 76; thence easterly to the southwesterly corner of permanent parcel No. 32; to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification M1 (multiple family) to use classification BR (business residential). Section 2. The Planning Director is hereby authorized and directed to make the reclassification change in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amend- ment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. Section 3.
