ORDINANCE NO. 83-79 <br /> <br />BY: Wendling, Brockman, Brown, <br /> Chinnock, McBride, McNally, <br /> Salmon <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 69-79 exempting the <br />Regional Transit Authority from the prohibitions of Section 901.18 of the Streets <br />and Public Service Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood in <br />order to permit the placement and/or construction of bus shelters at designated <br />locations. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section I of Ordinance No. 69-79, adopted August 16, <br />1979 now reading as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood hereby exempts <br />the Regional Transit Authority from the prohibitions of Section 901.18 of the <br />Streets and Public Service Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood <br />in order to allow for the construction and/or placement of bus shelters as <br />specified by shelter type pursuant to design graphics attached hereto on <br />Exhibits A and B and Incorporated by reference herein, at the following locations <br />provided that the conditions and permit procedure requirements as specified in <br />Section 2 are met: <br /> <br />RTA NO.
